Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat).

Step 2

1 egg white.

Whisk the egg whites until they form a stiff froth.

Step 3

50 g sliced almonds, 50 g chopped hazelnuts, 25 g brown erythritol (optional) , 20 g peeled hemp seeds

15 g sunflower seeds, 15 g pumpkin seeds, 15 g coconut shavings, ½ tsp vanilla extract

Add the remaining ingredients for the granola bars to the whipped egg whites.

Step 4

Then pour the mixture into a silicone loaf mold .

If you don’t have a silicone bar mold, you can pour the mixture onto a baking tray without a mold.

Spread the mixture so that you can remove them from the baking tray and divide them into bars after baking.

If you choose this method, you should be careful with the baking time and shorten it if necessary, as the bars may burn faster without the silicone mold.

Step 5

Bake the granola bars in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes.

Step 6

Finally, let the bars cool completely before removing them from the silicone mold or tray.

Storage

Store the keto granola bars in a storage container or jar at room temperature and use within about 1 week.
