Q: “Where can I get a replacement center fin?”

Q: “Can I get discount if I buy multiple boards?"
Yes, we do offer discount. If you want to purchase more boards please contact us for wholesale pricing.
Q: “How long my package will be shipped after order & how long does it take to deliver?”
The package will be dispatched in two days after you place the order.
It may take 3-6 business days to deliver normally.
Q: “Which express will my orders be shipped by?”
The orders to USA are shipped via UPS, FedEx.
The orders to Canada are shipped via Canada Post
For other countries and regions, please feel free to contact us.
Q: “Why my payment didn't go through?”
There's a chance to occur the payment failed for credit card.
We would recommend PayPal which is a safer payment and has a higher transaction success rate.
Q: “Does Freeinsup ship internationally?”

Q: “Can I pay on a payment plan?”
No, however you can purchase with a credit card.

Q: “Are the inflatable boards durable enough to have a dog ride on them?”
All our board are dog friendly and enough sturdy to against paws.
While we would suggest the riders got enough skills to paddle with their pets.
Q: "Which board do you recommend for beginners?"
We would recommend our Kayak SUP, which fits all skill levels, perfect for intercoastal or calm ocean, and it's also our most popular SUP.
Q: Can the Explorer SUP be fitted with a kayak seat?”
The kayak seat that can be used on almost all Freein SUPs.

Warranty and Repairs Questions
Q: "If I do not like the product, can I return it?"
YES! Of course you can, our ISUP offer Free returns for 30 days, and a full 2-Year Warranty.
Q: "How to register my paddle board for 2 year warranty?"
The 2 years warranties are automatically activated on the day of purchase and are validated by retaining the original or a copy of your purchase receipt.
The QR code register leaflet in the package is only for customers purchased on Amazon.
Q: "My pressure gauge doesn't work, what should I do?"
Please make sure that attach the hose to the valve on the board properly and pumping with enough force.
The needle won't move until the press reach 7PSI.
Q: "What glue do you recommend for adhering patches?"
